How will the photos be delivered to me?
The photos will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery.
When will my photos be delivered?
Galleries usually take about two weeks for me to finish. Weddings take 4-6 weeks to complete.
Can I have all of the photos?
The photos provided have been carefully sorted to pull out the best ones. The remaining photos may have closed eyes, weird faces, etc. This is why you don’t receive every photo taken.
Can I have the raw, unedited photos?
When cameras export raw files, they are “flat”, underexposed, and meant to be edited. These raw photos are not flattering nor very pretty. For this reason, I do not release the unedited photos.
What if I want a photo adjusted after you deliver them?
I may be able to make some adjustments to a photo or two after I deliver them. There maybe a fee if the edits requested are more complicated.
If I cancel, can I get a refund?
As per the contract, 50% of the total fee is non-fundable (and is used as the retainer for the session). However, there is no penalty for rescheduling.
If the weather is bad, can a get a refund or reschedule?
If there is poor weather, we are able to reschedule.
What if my child has a meltdown?
Meltdowns happen. If the session has to end early and if I’m not able to get enough shots in the time we had, we are able to schedule a make-up shoot.
